  Older hotel with nice clean rooms. Lots of ouydoor parking. Friendly staff. Huge barbeque area and common cooking area.

  They offer coffee, and will adjust the time they make it to please their customers. Wifi is available as well.

  All their rooms are accessible through the main entrance, meaning it's not the usual motel style where every room has its own entrance door. Feels more inviting that way just like a hotel.

  Presently surprised! Not many motels in Swan Hills. Being a working town and busy at that. Staff very pleasant.. Helpful and well accommodating. Motel has beem upgraded. Rooms are very clean. Very thing you need. We are came up to sled and overall stay is great so far.
